About this tool

Tradition, privacy and limits

This app applies the traditional Eight Mansions personal Gua direction table to a live phone compass. Its activity suggestions are modern interpretations designed to make the categories practical.

Facing direction is not the same as a house sector. This compass tells you which way the top of the phone—and ideally your face or body—is pointing. A future house-map mode can analyse where a room sits within a building.

Fertility note: no reliable medical evidence shows that facing a compass direction changes sperm, egg, embryo or pregnancy outcomes. Intimacy and fertility cards are framed as emotional rituals and relationship support, never as treatment.

Sensor note: magnetic cases, speakers, metal furniture and nearby electronics can distort readings. Compare the result with the phone’s native compass and recalibrate when necessary.
